Q.Bookings - How do I make a booking?

A.Pre-booking for our classes is highly recommended and easy too. Bookings can be made, a week in advance, in one of the following ways:

By texting or calling us - 055 146 6123
Via our MBO app - once have registered with us you can book and cancel your classes at your convenience.

Q.Membership - Do I need to pay a year upfront to join Fit & Flex?

A.With Fit & Flex you will get a high degree of flexibility. You can chose to pay for classes as you go or you can buy our popular vouchers - 10 classes or unlimited, both valid for a month. We do take cash and card in the studio.

Q.Type of Services - What are your regular services?

A.We have a wide variety of Group Exercise Classes suitable for men and women as well as Ladies Only workouts. From Yoga and Pilates to Body Pump, Indoor Cycling, Body Combat, Fit Boxing and Zumba. So whatever your needs are we are sure you can find the right classes with us.
If you prefer one-to-one training, we have highly experienced Personal Trainers who know how to assist you on reaching your personal goals.
Consultations on nutrition and coaching on wellbeing are also a part of our services.

Q.Lean & Clean - I have heard so much about your 30day program, what is it all about?

A.Lean & Clean is our 30 days lifestyle-changing program. We will start the program by doing a BCA test and we will finish with one. In between day 1 and day 30 you will receive guidance on nutrition, get to exercise 5 days a week (in our regular classes as well as with special Lean & Clean workouts) and you will get coaching on the mental part of this journey. Q.Facilities - Do you have showers and changing rooms?

A.Absolutely and we provide you with all shower amenities and towels.

Q.Parking - Is it available?

A.Parking is available and usually plenty.

Q.Clothing - What should I wear to the classes?

A.Shoes are the most important part of your training gear. Make sure to use appropriate training shoes for the type of classes you attend you are always welcome to ask for our guidance. For clothing, just wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move.
