We continuously strive to give you as our client the best training experience therefore all classes have a set attendance capacity, which we like to respect.
Bookings can be made one week in advance and clients attending a class are given first priority to next week’s class – same slot. Should a cancellation be made, that priority position is waived and a place within our waiting list is set for you (should you request it) for next week’s class.
We have no cancellation fees. Instead, we trust our clients to notify us as early as possible in case a booking has to be cancelled, this is so we can call clients on the waiting list and keep everyone happy and sweaty.
